Domestic Competition Standard

The league standard is calculated by the formula (Top Level x Variance of member performances) and the average standard value is determined. In the post-era of the former Yugoslavia, USSR and Czechoslovakia, the highest standard league between those independent nations are counted. The standard number of seasons for calculation is 84. If less than 90 % (lower than 76 seasons), the average value is proportionally calculated ((number of available seasons +(84- number of available seasons)/2)/84). For the Brazilian, German and Dutch football in the pre-national league era, the highest state league standard represents nation for the league standard rating.

    1. It has not been implemented from the methodological procedure but it has been developed from the discussion with Bigsoccer members in some points.

Ok, thanks. And when can i expect the methodological implementation?

    3. You can see I set a plan to implement the series of the memorial of football victory, start between May to June. However, I need to review again whether standard of competition is needed to be methodologically implemented or just stay the present work when the difficulty of setting level of the top team is now unclear. In example, Milan won 1990 European cup an they finished second place in the league. The performance in Europe cannot be applied to domestic competition anyway. Hence, the application of UEFA Coefficient might be invalided. To determine level of top team based on point is also invalided because those point is obtained against standard of opponents.

In case I successfully solve this problem, I'd implement it and it even help to generate the list likes the highest domestic standard season ever which is very interesting.

I agree it would be very interesting if you manage to find a way but as you say, it's almost impossible task.

    5. At least I'll probably implement even I'm not meet the complete solution, with approximation of level of top team but it is required to calculate all leagues in all seasons. I'll confirm later.

The Most Appareances record in French League is hold by Mickael Landreau with 618 appearances. Players with the Most Tile are set to 7 titles : Jean-Michel Larqué, Hervé Revelli with St Etienne and Gregory Coupet, Juninho and Sideny Govou with Olympique Lyonnais

    1. That is a good idea and I'd prefer for top 3 but I probably would not make it soon when I now eager to finish improvement of NT ranking before.

Will domestic standard evaluation cause any changes in best players all time list?

    1. The competition standard evaluation is not applied to players performance since players could achieve any state of performance regardless of standard of competition.
